      Requirements:  Windows 95. 

      Description:   Capable of displaying relative offsets for fields 
                     in a Cobol copybook. Handy for determining the  
                     offset of a field within a record.  Includes 
                     drag and drop, search and print functions. 
 
      Installation:  From the File manager, double click on install.exe
                     or invoke the run option from the file menu option
                     and type in install.exe.

      Order info:    Available via the Parseout help menu option. 

      Suggestions:   Scan the "getting started" section of the help file
                     after installation. 

      Ver 01.01:     Initial release.                    
 

      Future Releases will attempt to include a ftp client to drag 
      copybooks from an attached mainframe.
